  • A classic chinese combination, you get 4 100 gm pouches each of 4 yum flavor profiles. All products are 100% Vegetarian.
  • Hot Garlic Paste can be used to make hot garlic chicken, noodles, veggies, etc. This taste is Spicy!
  • Schezwan Paste is used to make a traditional schezwan noodles or rice along with dishes like schezwan chicken, schezwan momos etc. It has a Spicy profile due to schezwan peppercorns inside it!
  • Manchurian Paste is as the name suggests a perfect easy to cook paste used to make various recipes like manchurian balls, manchurian chicken or any other manchurian dish!
  • Kung Pao Sauce is also sometimes pronunced as kung po sauce is an authentic sauce used to create and cook a kung pao chikcen, kung pao vegetables, tofu or any other dish of this flavour palette.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put paste and then heat the pan/wok
  • Add water, add chicken/veg and stir until done.
  • Check seasoning; Add Garnish as per taste and
  • Add cornflour (dissolved in water) to thicken and SERVE HOT!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take a pan, add oil, 1 piece of dried red chili chopped into half & garlic. Saute until it's golden brown.
  • Add 4 tbsps(1 tbsp - 15g) spichi kung pao paste & add 1/2 cup of water (100 ml),
  • Add vegetables/ Protein & season as per taste. Once gravy starts simmering thicken with cornflour & Serve HOT!
