WHITE SAUCE PASTA WITH SPICHI WHITE BECHAMEL SAUCE

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Spichi White Bechamel Sauce – 1 packet
  • Water – 2 glasses (to boil pasta)
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 tbsp
  • Penne Pasta – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 5-6 (minced)
  • Mushrooms – 5-6 (chopped)
  • Oregano – 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
  • Basil Leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Mozarella Cheese- grated

     

    METHOD

     

     

    Step 1

    Boil 2 glasses of water alongwith 1 tbsp salt and oil in a pan/kadai.

     

    Step 2

    Add 1 cup penne pasta and boil it till al dante or 90% cooked. Strain and wash it with cold water & Keep it aside.

     

    Step 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Add 5-6 minced garlic and fry for a minute. Add chopped mushrooms saute for 2 minutes.

     

    Step 4

    Add salt and black pepper alongwith Spichi White Bechamel Sauce. Add ½ cup of water and Cook it for 2 minutes.

     

    Step 5

    Add basil,oregano and chilli flakes alongwith boiled pasta and mix it very well. Top it with some grated mozzarella cheese and serve it hot.
