Peri Peri chicken over a bed of Rice with SPICHI Peri Peri Sauce

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Green Pepper *Chopped*
  • 1 Red Pepper *Chopped*
  • 1 Yellow Pepper *Chopped*
  • 1 Onion *Chopped*
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/1-2 Cup Cooked Rice
  • SPICHI Peri Peri Sauce

    GARNISH

     

    • Salt
    • Ground Pepper
    • Chilli Powder
    • Lemon

    METHOD

     

     

    Step 1

    Marinate the chicken breasts in SPICHI Peri Peri Sauce overnight. Add some chopped garlic to taste. 

     

    Step 2

    In a large skillet, saute the peppers, onions until crisp-tender with some vegetable oil. Add Chicken broth, salt, ground pepper, and chilli powder and stir.

     

    Step 3

    Add Rice and some more SPICHI Peri Peri Sauce, stir and mix all the ingredients well.

     

    Step 4

    Cook the chicken on a grill and add to the rice and SERVE HOT!.
