PANEER MAKHANI WITH SPICHI MAKHANI & WHITE GRAVY

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Paneer Cubes – 15
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Spichi White Base Gravy – 1 packet
  • Spichi Makhani Base Gravy – 1 packet
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • Fresh cream – 1 tbsp
  • Kasoori methi – 1 tbsp

 

METHOD

 

 

Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp oil. Place paneer cubes and fry from both sides till brown and take it out on a plate. 

 

Step 2

Melt 2 tbsp butter and add Spichi White Base Gravy. Cook for 2 minutes.

 

Step 3

Add Spichi Makhani Base Gravy. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp coriander
powder and 1 tbsp crushed kasoori methi.

 

Step 4

Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add ½ cup water ,1 tsp salt and fried paneer cubes.

 

Step 5

Add 1 tsp garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

 

Step 6

Add fresh cream and serve it with steamed rice or naan. Enjoy.
