KHAO SUEY SOUP WITH SPICHI KHAO SUEY PASTE

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 Packet Noodles Boiled
  • 2tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Garlic Sliced
  • 2 Slit Green Chillies
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Baby Corn
  • 1/4 Brocolli
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1/4tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 Cloves Garlic Fried
  • 1/4 Cup Onions Barista
  • 1/4 Cup Spring Onions
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1tsp Chilli Flakes

 

Step 1

In a wok heat oil and add garlic, let it turn nutty brown, add green chillies and stir. 

 

Step 2

Add the diced vegetables and stir fry on a high flame for a minute.

 

Step 3

Now add salt and black pepper and stir fry for another 2-3 mins.

 

Step 4

Add 3tbsp of SPICHI KHAO SUEY PASTE and mix it with the veggies.

 

Step 5

Add 200 ml of coconut milk and bring it to boil. Adjust the consistency and serve HOT!.
