Chilli Garlic Hakka Noodles with SPICHI Hot Garlic Paste








  • Noodles - 20gm
  • Eggs - 2
  • Garlic - 5-6 Cloves
  • Red Chilli - 2
  • Spring Onions - 3
  • Bell Peppers - 1/2 Each
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Black Pepper - 1tsp
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • SPICHI Hot Garlic Paste 2-3tbsp (50 gms)
  • Coriander leaves


Step 1

Boil noodles in rolling hot water with salt and rinse with cold water and drizzle some oil. Set it aside

Step 2

In a pan add some oil and scramble some eggs and keep it aside

Step 3

In a wok, heat some oil and sauté garlic and dried red chillies & add spring onion whites and cook till translucent. Further, add bell peppers and carrots and cook till crunchy & season with salt & pepper and cook for 2 minutes

Step 4

Add SPICHI's Hot Garlic Paste and cook for 3-4 mins. Add noodles and fold it well

Step 5

Add the scrambled eggs, spring onion greens and coriander leaves and give it a final stir and Serve HOT!
