Crispy Corn in SPICHI Barbeque Sauce

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Boiled Corn – 1.5 cups
  • Cornflour – 2 tbsp
  • Refined Flour – ½ cup
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper – 2 tsp
  • Oil- For Frying Corns
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • White Spring Onion – 1(sliced)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green Spring Onion – ½ cup ( finely chopped)
  • Yellow capsicum – ½ (finely chopped)
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Spichi Barbeque Sauce – 1 packet

METHOD

 

 

Step 1

Add 1.5 cups of boiled corn in a bowl along with 2 tbsp corn flour,1/2 cup refined flour,1 tsp salt, and black pepper. Mix it well. 

 

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Fry coated corns in batches till golden brown. Strain it out on a plate and keep it aside.

 

Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a separate pan. Fry 7-8 minced garlic for a minute on high flame. Add 1 sliced white spring onion along with 1 finely chopped onion and fry for a minute or so.

 

Step 4

Add spring onion greens and yellow bell pepper. Fry again for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp salt and black pepper along with 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 packet SPICHI Barbeque Sauce. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

 

Step 5

Add fried corns and mix everything really well. Finally, add some more chopped spring onion greens. Serve these hot, delicious, and crispy Fried Corns and Enjoy.
