MIRCHI KA SALAN with SPICHI Mirch Salan

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 3-4 Long Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 7-8 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Pack Mirch Salan 

METHOD

 

 

Step 1

Slit the chillies lengthwise and deseed. Fry in 2 tbsp of oil, until the skin goes light brown and charred. Remove & keep aside. 

 

Step 2

In a saucepan, empty SPICHI Mirch Salan pack, add 1/2 cup water,

stir and simmer.

 

Step 3

Add the chillies to the curry and cover it with a lid for about 4-5 minutes for the flavours to seep in the chillies.

 

Step 4

Add tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves. (Optional).

 

Step 5

Serve with biryani or malabar parotta as per choice.
