CHICKEN IN SCHEZWAN SAUCE WITH JASMINE RICE with SPICHI Schwezwan Paste

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 100gms SPICHI Schezwan Paste
  • 300 gm Boneless Chicken <1/2” cubes>
  • 1-2 Assorted Peppers <Chopped>
  • ¾ Cup Onions <Chopped>
  • 2 Cloves Garlic <Finely chopped>
  • 1tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Spring Onions to Garnish < chopped>
  • Sesame Seeds to Garnish

     

    METHOD

     

     

    Step 1

    Ina. Large saucepan, add oil, garlic, chicken until almost cooked. Further, add peppers and onions & saute until crisp-tender. 

     

    Step 2

    Add SPICHI Schezwan Paste, Stir and mix all ingredients.

     

    Step 3

    Add salt to taste and garnish with Spring Onions.

     

    Step 4

    Serve over Jasmine Rice, Sprinkled with Sesame Seeds.
