Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice with SPICHI Schezwan Paste

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Oil as required
  • Rice - 250 gm
  • Garlic - 5-7 cloves
  • Onions - 1
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • Bell peppers - 1/2 each
  • Chicken - 100 gm
  • SPICHI's Schezwan paste - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions - 1
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt and black pepper

       

      METHOD

       

       

      Step 1
      In a pan, heat some oil, add garlic cloves and saute till nutty brown
      Step 2
      Add sliced onions and saute till translucent & Add carrots and bell peppers and cook for 3-4 mins till they become crunchy
      Step 3
      Add chicken cubes and cook for 4-5 mins & Add salt and black pepper and cook for couple of mins
      Step 4
      Add SPICHI's Schezwan paste and cook for 3-4 mins & add cooked rice and fold it well
      Step 5
      Finish with some coriander leaves and spring onion greens & Serve Hot!
