VEGETABLE IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE

VEGETABLES IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients :

  • SPICHI Hot Garlic Sauce- 50gm
  • Baby Corn Blanched- 25gm
  •  Corn Flour Slurry - 10gm
  •  Cauliflower Blanched- 25gm
  •  Carrot Blanched- 20gm
  •  Mushroom Blanched- 20gm
  •  Pakchoi Sliced-20gm
  •  Broccoli Blanched-25gm
  •  Chinese Cabbage sliced- 15gm
  •  Spring Onion- 10gm
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Stock / Water- 150ml
  •  Tomato Ketchup- 2gm
  •  Chopped Garlic- 2
  •  Oil- 3gm

Serves: 4

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15-25 minutes

Method

  1. Heat the wok/pan, add oil ,chop garlic and saute for a few seconds and put the hot garlic sauce in it. Add the Water / Stock,Tomato ketchup and mix well.
    2. Add all the vegetables except Spring Onion and mix.
    3. Check for the Salt & Seasoning .
    4. Add corn flour to thicken and add Spring Onion and Serve Hot.
