VEGETABLES IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE
Ingredients :
- SPICHI Hot Garlic Sauce- 50gm
- Baby Corn Blanched- 25gm
- Corn Flour Slurry - 10gm
- Cauliflower Blanched- 25gm
- Carrot Blanched- 20gm
- Mushroom Blanched- 20gm
- Pakchoi Sliced-20gm
- Broccoli Blanched-25gm
- Chinese Cabbage sliced- 15gm
- Spring Onion- 10gm
- Salt to taste
- Stock / Water- 150ml
- Tomato Ketchup- 2gm
- Chopped Garlic- 2
- Oil- 3gm
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-25 minutes
Method
- Heat the wok/pan, add oil ,chop garlic and saute for a few seconds and put the hot garlic sauce in it. Add the Water / Stock,Tomato ketchup and mix well.
2. Add all the vegetables except Spring Onion and mix.
3. Check for the Salt & Seasoning .
4. Add corn flour to thicken and add Spring Onion and Serve Hot.
