SPICHI Khao Suey Paste

Cooking Time 5 minutes

100g serves 3-4 people

100g makes 400ml* of Sauce

 

Step 1

Take a pan, add oil & sauté garlic on low flame until its golden brown

 

Step 2

Add 3 tbsp (1tbsp – 15g) Spichi Khao Suey Paste & add 1 cup coconut milk (200ml). You can vary the quantity of coconut milk depending upon how thick you like your curry.

 

Step 3

Add blanched vegetables/ marinated meats & add ¼ tsp salt. Check seasoning & reduce/ thicken to your desired consistency. Squeeze a lemon wedge on top & Serve HOT!

 

Additional Condiment Suggestions:

Crushed Peanuts, Fried Garlic, Green Chillies & Noodle Crisps

 

Store Spichi Khao Suey Paste at ambient temperature away from sunlight if unopened.

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 30 days of opening.
