MIX VEG IN SCHEZWAN SAUCE
Ingredients :
- SPICHI Schezwan sauce/pasta-50gm
- Zucchini green salad-25gm
- Asparagus blanched sliced-10gm
- Snowpeas blanched-25gm
- Carrot sliced blanched-20gm
- Mushroom quarters blanched-20gm
- Spring onion diamond-10gm
- Salt to taste
- Stock/water-150ml
- Corn flour Slury-10gm
- Chopped garlic-2gm
- Oil-3gm

Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Cooking Time : 15 - 20 Mins
Method :

Heat the wok and oil, chop garlic, sauce for a few seconds and add Schezwan sauce in it. Add the water / Stock and mix well.
2. Add all the vegetables except spring onion and mix.
3. Check for the salt & seasoning. Add cornflour to thicken, add spring and serve hot
