- SPICHI Manchurian Sauce/Paste-50gm
- Dice Chicken-150gm
- Spring onion chop-10gm
- Coriander Green Chop-25gm
- Corn Flour Slurry-10gm Onion dices-20gm
- Salt to taste Stock / Water-150ml
- Capsicum Dices-15gm
- Oil-3gm Garlic-3gm

Cooking Time : 20 - 25 Mins
1.Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper & Corn Flour and fry till half done.
2.Heat the wok ,add oil , garlic and put the Manchurian sauce in it. Add the water / Stock and mix well.
3.Add all the vegetables except coriander & spring onion, chicken and mix.
4.Check for the salt & seasoning. Add corn flour to thicken, garnish with coriander & spring onion and serve hot.
