CHICKEN IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE

CHICKEN IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients :

  •  Hot garlic sauce/paste-50gm
  •   Chicken boneless Diced-150gm
  •  Corn Floury slurry-10gm
  •   White pepper powder-1 pinch
  •   Pakchoi Salad-20gm
  •   Chinese Cabbage sliced-10gm
  •   Spring onion diamond-10gm
  •   Salt to taste
  •   Stock/water-150ml
  •   Chopped Garlic-2gm
  •   Oil-3gm

Serves: 4

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15-25 minutes

 

Method :

  1. Marinate the chicken cubes with salt, pepper and cornflour. Fry until half done.
    2. Heat the wok/pan add oil , chop garlic and saute for few seconds and put the hot garlic sauce in it. Add the Water / Stock, Tomato ketchup and mix well.
    3. Add all the vegetables except spring onion, fried chicken & mix well.
    4. Check for the salt & seasoning. Add cornflour to thicken, add spring onion and serve hot.
